Stress has become an everyday word but what does it actually mean?

What one person calls stress another may not. The aim of the workshops is to explore fun and creative ways of tackling stress. The workshops will address a range of topics to help participants to identify their stress triggers and build a range of tools to help them manage their stress levels in a supportive manner.
