 Hands Inc. is a not for profit organisation established in 2001 by complementary therapists Eileen Bellot and Rebecca Bruce. Here at Hands Inc. we believe that complementary therapies have something to offer everyone, and that they should be carried out in a variety of settings to help improve access together with raising awareness of their benefits. We feel a holistic approach to wellbeing encourages self awareness, empowerment and sustainable health.

We work with individuals, community groups, schools, colleges, the public sector and the corporate world, supporting the work they are doing towards health improvement. Our work helps organisations create healthy lifestyle options for their service users, clients and staff.

 Based on our track record, we have been invited by the London Borough of Hackney, to sit on their ‘Healthy Workforce Strategy Working Group’, joining them in developing their strategy for the borough. We want to work with people at grass roots level and engage with policy makers, because we believe healthy people create a healthy society.
