We are Hands Inc, a
not-for-profit community based organisation who's
mission is to inspire health and wellbeing. Whether
you are an individual, a community organisation, an
employer or statutory body, there are programmes
tailored for you. We invite you to get to know us,
and the communities that we serve. Our work covers
low-cost complementary health clinics, innovative art
therapy and exploratory art interventions and work
with at-risk youth as well as preventative health and
wellbeing in your workplace.
